A furnished home after a family loss
After a family member passed away, the family kept the important belongings they wanted and left the house furnished. We purchased the home as-is and handled the items left behind. The closing took approximately 30 days.

What if I live out of state?
Contact us by text, email, or the inquiry form. We can discuss the property and coordinate a visit with the appropriate person. The title company will review ownership and any documents needed for closing.
What about probate, taxes, or liens?
The people signing a sale must have the legal authority to sell. Depending on the property, estate or probate requirements may need to be resolved. A title company reviews title, taxes, and liens and helps determine what must be addressed before or at closing. The timing and seller’s proceeds depend on the circumstances and agreement.
How does an offer work?
After a scheduled visit, we evaluate the house, the belongings to be left, anticipated cleanout and repairs, and other purchase costs. We provide an offer within 24 hours of the visit. There’s no obligation to accept.
